Capacity Building Program On Project Managerment For Project Officers Of The Project “Improve The Capacity Of Provincial Associations, Agencies, In Sanitation Supply Chain And Hygiene In Rural Areas Of Northern Provinces”

Objective: The overall goal of this assignment is to improve the capacity of the Red Cross officials at provincial/district/commune level in the project areas of Lang Son province and Cao Bang province in the management and efficient implementation of the project using results-based management approach.

Main activities performed:

• Design of training materials on project management
• Provide training on project management for 20 Red Cross staff members in the project offices in Cao Bang and Lang Son
• Write a report after training
