TRAINING AS NEEDED

Base for implementation According to the survey of over 100 microfinance and non-profit organizations, the results showed that most of the leaders are aware of the importance of human resources and pay attention to training and development of staffs for the aim of operation activity as well as increasing competence of organization. However, the leaders also have same concern how to invest in training and develop staffs effectively and help organizations achieve proposed strategies.

Implementation method

With the aim of supporting organizations improve effectively in the task of training, Microfinance and community development Institute (MACDI) proposes the training method in combination with support consultancy after training in which training programs are designed based on analytical results of training need, human resource situation and development strategy of the organization. Experience of support and consultancy after training will help participants apply the knowledge learnt into reality and solve the difficulties they scope with in the process of applying from theory to practice.

Process of implementation

Step 1: Survey of training need

+Understand the real need of training at the unit

+Unify the training objective with customer.

Step 2: Building training program

+Meeting the maximum requirement of customers

+Meeting the training objectives as formulated

Step 3: Preparing training documents

– Clear content and systematize subjects of the course

– Useful to trainees

Step 4: Implementation of training

+ The participants are active in thinking, discussion and sharing

+ The participants receive knowledge and achieve high results in practice

Step 5: Support after training

– After the participants finish the training course, the specialists of MACDI will implement to support participants via email and telephone. In case the participants need to support at office, specialists of MACDI will assign staffs to instruct for them.
