MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MICROFINANCE INSTITUTION
Job Description:
– Developing and implementing strategies, funds mobilization and management plans for MFI
– Managing operational activities of MFI
– Designing and implementing risk management process for MFI
– Monitoring and evaluating employees’ performance
– Facilitating the development of employees’ knowledge and skills
– Monitoring and reporting periodic mobilizing progress to upper managers
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
– At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
– Fluency in English
– Excellent planning and implementing skills
– Excellent data collecting and analyzing skills
– Risk management skills
– Human resource management skills
– Ability to work independently and work in a team
– Highly proactive and assertive with strong work ethics
Compensation and Benefits:
– Salary: 15 – 30 million Viet Nam Dong per month
– Compulsory social insurance registration and coverage according to law
– Holiday bonuses and 13th month salary bonus
– Participation in training programs
Starting date: As soon as possible
Work location: 324/22/15 Thuy Khue, Tay Ho, Ha Noi
