Conduct PR Events And Campaigning For The Vietnam Urban Upgrading Project (VUUP), Sub-Projects

Location: Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh

Objective: The objective of the assignment is to provide support to the VUUP project in developing and implementing PR plan and campaign to targeted groups and stakeholders.

Main activities performed:

Provide technical support to the PMU in developing relevant PR plan;
Tools of communication: Banners, Stickers, Iconic products, mags, flyers, mass media release (press release, video clip, contest);
Identify areas, period for PR events in a systematic way;
Capacity strengthening for project officers and collaborators in PR and Communication:
Develop staffing and train them in PR and Communication;
Assess and supervise the PR activities and campaigning.
