Baseline Survey For Project “Strengthening Accountability Mechanism In Reproductive Healthcare And Family Planning Services In Quang Binh And Lam Dong Province

The consultancy work to provide technical assistance to PMU in setting up M&E system and baseline data survey, which was used as basis for project impact assessment in later stage, and developing selection criteria of participating communes.

Main activities performed:

• Survey on the knowledge level, attitude and behavior (KAP) of local people, especially among vulnerable groups (covering poor people, remote residents, people of ethnic minorities groups) concerning reproductive healthcare and family planning services;
• Assessment of capacity of local reproductive healthcare and family planning service providers
• Review and analyze policies in effect concerning reproductive healthcare and family planning services;
• Identify potential entities that participate in the monitoring and reporting process;
• Develop selection criteria for participating communes (5 communes per districts)
