Objective: The assignment aims to evaluate the implementation of “Pro-Poor Partnership for Agroforestry Development” (3PAD) project in Bac Kan province, to give the Project Management Unit practical information about the efficiency at project level, and valuable lessons learnt for similar projects to be executed and managed in future.

Main activities performed:

+ Economic and financial analysis;

+ Environmental impact assessment;

+ Assess social impacts of the project (social capital and empowerment);

+ Assess institutional impacts.
