Consultancy Services On M&E And Knowledge Management For Project “Poverty Reduction In The Central Highlands Provinces”

Main activities performed:

• Desk review on project documents and reports, including Project activities workbook, Feasibility study report, and Monitoring Framework;
• Develop Monitoring & Evaluation plan;
• Develop Monitoring & Evaluation guidelines;
• Develop MIS system specifically used in the project management throughout the project duration;
• Technical assistance to PMU at district, commune level, particularly in M&E activities;
• Develop M&E reports for PMU at provincial level;
• Conduct capacity building sessions for M&E project staffs at district level, commune level.
• Organize workshops and training events on how to use the M&E Workbook.
