Conduct the ex-post evaluation of the project “Support to the People’s credit funds network for the financing of the private sector based on five criteria: relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability.

Detailed inception report including methodology, tools, and process (work plan including dates), timelines, field study plans, report outlines and required logistics. The inception report is subjected to be reviewed and approved by AFD.
A presentation of first findings and recommendations at the end of the mission in the field
A preliminary report in English to AFD, partners and other relevant stakeholders on the results and findings.
A completed draft report for review and comments by AFD.
Final report in English and Vietnamese version for AFD review and approval
Presentation of evaluation results to AFD and partners.
