Feasibility Study On The Transformation Of Dariu Foundation Into A MFI

Objective: To provide technical assistance in evaluating the current capacity of the Foundation, fill out the shortcoming and support the application to the State Bank of Vietnam for the transformation.

Main activities performed:

Feasible study on the transforming of the Foundation into an official microfinance institution;
Identify the shortcomings in the current performance of the Foundation and legal requirements on the future micro-finance institution;
Recommend potential models for the transformation, which are relevant for the Foundation;
Recommend next steps and resolutions in the transformation;
Report the evaluation results.
