Investigate the feasibility at the request of the State Bank, completing and submitting a detailed report outlining the survey results and recommendations.
Discussing withproject staff of the State Bank of feasibility report and recommendations
Completing and submitting a detailed proposal on savings credit institutions (SCO) and the completion of the implementation plan include: regulations, institutional framework, implementation framework and plan.
Support for the SCO in preparation and completion of legal data related to the transformation of the SCO into the People’s Credit Fund (application, draft laws, draft business plans …)
