Technical Assistance In Transforming Hai Phong Microfinance Fund Into A Social Fund According To Resolution No.148

Objective: To facilitate successful transformation of the Hai Phong Micro-finance Fund into a legally recognized social fund according to Resolution No. 148/2007 – ND/CP issued on date 25/09/2007 and supporting it to operate more professionally.

This is the stepping stone for the fund to register as an official micro-finance institution and recognized by the State Bank of Vietnam.

Main activities performed: Our experts have designed and completed two booklets, namely: Registration Request and Operational Guidelines to meet the legal and capacity requirements for the Haiphong micro-finance fund. Besides, MACDI also provide consultancy service and technical assistance for the fund in applying for licence at the Department of Internal Affairs.
